Modernizing a Human Rights Research Platform for Catholic Relief Services
The problem
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) required a complete redesign and redevelopment of the Strengthening Human Rights and Peace Research Platform (SHRRP) website. The existing platform lacked a modern user experience, centralized content management, robust security, and scalable administration tools. CRS needed a responsive, SEO-friendly, and secure web platform that could efficiently manage research publications, organizational content, users, and ongoing updates while providing a better digital experience for stakeholders.
Our approach
Cloud Lab designed and developed a modern CMS-driven web platform with a fully responsive interface, secure role-based administration, Google Workspace Single Sign-On, SEO optimization, and OWASP-compliant security testing. We deployed the solution on a production VPS environment, delivered complete technical documentation and user training, and provided post-launch warranty and support to ensure the platform remained secure, scalable, and easy to manage.
